Salmonella is going Nuts: First Peanuts, Now Pistachios…

Thinking nuts?  Think again.  On the heels of the recent peanut scare, the FDA has announced a recall of two million pounds of pistachios thought to be contaminated with different types of salmonella.  The tainted pistachios were discovered during a routine test analysis by Kraft Foods and were recalled in advance of any reported illness.
