I always scan the New York Times for recipe ideas and I particularly like Martha Rose Shulman’s recipes. I was so excited when I got one of her recipes in my Google Alerts this week that was not only vegetarian but also a combination of a few of my favorite things - bok choy, tofu, chili paste - spicy stir-fry, here I come!
