I found your blog as I was searching for pumpkin cookies and I am so happy I stumbled upon it. These were delicious! I didn’t have regular oats, so I cooked some steel cut oats and used them instead which made the texture a little different, but even my roommates liked them! Thanks!

ok i have a dumb question: when you say 3 cups oatmeal you mean cooked and not 3 cups dry oats, correct?

thanks!!
