The Wall Street Journal Just Got Healthier

To my pleasant surprise, the Wall Street Journal is now offering readers a dose of health & wellness each week.  On Tuesdays, you can now find health & wellness articles in the Wall Street Journal’s Personal Journal section.

This week’s article discusses the history of fortified foods - author Sara Reistad-Long talks about how consumers can now buy everything from soda, pasta and ketchup fortified with calcium, probiotics and more.  She discusses what this is actually doing to our food and whether or not its actually good for us.  A really great read, check it out!
