Don’t Pass on Grass

by jamie on August 4, 2009

My gym is getting a face-lift this week so instead of simply walking across the street and starting my workout, I actually had to jog (ahhh!) up to the other gym.  Luckily, the weather in San Francisco couldn’t be more agreeable today and I actually really enjoyed my little pre-workout jog.  Plus, by the time I was  there, I was pumped and ready to workout.  After my workout and my 10 minute jog  back home, I was starving — stomach growling, can’t see straight, knee weakening hunger.  Seriously.

Because I am simply obsessed with Amazing Grass Choco Infused Amazing Meal, and smoothies in general, the smoothie I made this morning might be the most satisfying thing I will probably have all day.  I can’t get enough of this stuff.

Hi Jaime! My fitness center is about a mile away and I love riding my bike there and back, it’s definitely a fab warm and cool down.

Hi Krissy -

Sorry for not posting the details on this!! My favorite Amazing Grass smoothie recipe is the Amazing Grass Chocolate Amazing Meal powder, one banana, one cup of vanilla soy or almond milk and ice. Simple, easy, and soooo delicious! Sometimes I’ll also add a little spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter….
