Its official, I am out of control when I go to the salad bar during lunch. It can never be a simple lettuce, cucumbers, and tomato type salad. When I’m finished going through the line, it no longer even looks like salad, its more like a veggie, bean, seeds and sprouts smorgasbord. I mean, can you even spot the lettuce in there?
Just another reason why I should always bring my own lunch. I just can’t be stopped. When I see the bins full of edamame, pepperoncinis, garbanzo beans, sprouts, and sunflower seeds, I go mad. And today, I think I officially ODed.

I totes agree! The salad bar is a dangerous, dangerous thing! Love your blog, btw!
who would ever want a bare bones ice berg lettuce and pale tomato salad?? i’m all about extravagant salads!!!
Hi Jamie thanks for the comment. I go mad at salad bars too, I keep saying I could eat from one everyday.
I hear that! When there are SO many yummy choices it’s hard to stop! A little of this… a little of that… oooo what’s that over there? Can we get some more plates out here??
haha I couldn’t agree more!! I hate when places charge you for toppings - boy do I rack up a heavy bill.
You really should think about seeking professional help for this. I mean, what might happen if this keeps up long-term? Sprouts, beans, seeds, and vegetables, who knows what this could do to your health…:)
haha, I know, I know! Its a healthy bad habit, but not so good for my wallet!
I know what you mean, but what a healthy problem to have. :) Better than bacon bits, processed ham and ranch dressing. Ha, ha!
Thanks for stopping by my blog a while back. I’m sorry it took me so long to pay yours a visit because checking it out now, I love it!
