I was crazy busy today. Started my morning early to train my bootcampers which ended up being a pretty good workout, and then rushed home to get ready for work. I made a quick smoothie before I left the house and in absence of my favorite chocolate Amazing Grass Amazing Meal, I used a spoonful of TerrAmazon cacao powder and a handful of almonds. Although it doesn’t look that pretty, it tasted great!
I brought some of my famous kale wraps for lunch (quinoa, red beans, and avocado wrapped in kale leaves)- although ate them too fast for a picture. Oops. Guess that’s just the way it is after bootcamp and a 4 mile ride to work. :)
After I got home from work, it was already late and we we exhausted so we tried Annie Chun’s sushi on the go. It was fun although once it was all said and done, it was really just seaweed and express brown rice. We added the avocado and shredded carrots. Good but probably not worth the price. Next time we’ll just buy the seaweed and make the rice.
