Quick & Easy Yoga Night Dinner

by jamie on November 10, 2009

Since last night was a yoga night, Bryan and I had a quick, healthy dinner using the pinto beans we made over the weekend, a little tofu, bean sprouts and some tortillas to make wraps. The key was really the sauce - I have been having so much fun trying different recipes for yogurt sauces but this one might take the cake: spicy yogurt sauce with Oikos, and the Pepper Plant.

To make the spicy yogurt sauce:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread on a tortilla and fill with beans, tofu and veggies of your choice. Enjoy!

Hey Jamie. I was visiting another blogger’s site and she was interested in talking to other bloggers about running ultras - I thought of your recent comment on my blog and thought maybe you’d have some helpful info to share with her. Britt from Runnerbelle: http://www.runnerbelle.com/?p=148 - just thought it might be a good idea to try to connect you guys. I posted a comment on her blog about your site as well.
